All items will be delivered immediately, provided they are available from stock and only while stocks last, subject to a successful identity and credit check. Delivery is by post or DHL. If you notice any damage to the package, please notify the postman immediately and contact us  .

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time for stock items within Switzerland is a maximum of 3-7 working days. The delivery time starts with the receipt of the payment. The indication of the delivery time is non-binding, unless there is a different written agreement. If an item is not available at short notice, we will inform the customer as soon as possible by e-mail about the expected delivery time, provided we have an address. In the event of delays in delivery, such as force majeure, traffic disruptions and orders from higher authorities as well as other events for which vom Onlineshop is not responsible, no claims for damages can be asserted against the online shop. If the delivery is delayed and omitted (impossibility) due to the fault of sub-suppliers, the online shop is not responsible for this.
